LAKE ZURICH, IL - Chris Bos, a local non-profit leader and candidate for Illinois State Representative, encourages community members to join him in supporting local food pantries in Lake Zurich, Libertyville, and Mundelein.
“The small businesses and faith leaders in our community are serving as an inspiration for their service and leadership during this crisis and I’m happy my team and I can join their efforts and provide assistance and donations in support of these great organizations,” said Bos. “As our community faces unique challenges, we are providing service to those in need through projects like this.”
With Governor J.B. Pritzker’s stay-at-home order remaining in effect until the end of May, the Bos campaign is organizing a food drive to support the pantries’ critical needs by providing food donations as well as diapers and wipes.
As part of this food drive, Team Bos will pick up donations right off residents’ front porches. To donate, please contact Team Bos at [email protected].
